Article 1. Scope
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using Nokoris, a service provided by Altive Inc.
Article 2. Registration
Users who wish to use the service must apply for registration by the method specified by us after agreeing to these terms. Registration is completed when we approve the application.
Article 3. Prohibited Actions
Users must not perform any of the following actions when using the service.
- Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Actions related to criminal activity
- Actions that interfere with operation of the service
- Actions that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
- Other actions that we deem inappropriate
Article 4. Posts on Group Timelines
A free-form message posted to a group timeline can be deleted by its author or by the group's owner or admins. A deleted free-form message is removed from the service's stored data immediately and cannot be restored.
Article 5. Paid Plans
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions subject to the period, price, tax treatment, and trial eligibility shown at purchase. App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by the applicable store, while web purchases are billed through Stripe. Cancel through the purchase source before the next renewal to prevent automatic renewal for the same subscription period. Access remains available until the displayed expiration date after cancellation. Refunds are governed by the purchase source's terms, our displayed conditions, and applicable law.
When paid access ends, the group timeline changes to the Free plan's last-90-days viewing range. History is not deleted because of a plan change or the passage of 90 days. If you resubscribe, all saved history that has not been explicitly deleted becomes available again.
Article 6. Images After an Extended Period of Inactivity
If we cannot confirm use of the service for at least 730 days after the user's last activity, and the user has no active paid subscription or paid entitlement, we may delete profile images belonging to that individual user and personal stock item images stored in a legacy format.
For a shared group, we may delete the group image and shared stock images only when none of its current members has used the service for at least 730 days and neither the group nor its owner has active paid access. If any member resumes using the service, the group's scheduled image deletion will be canceled.
We will provide notice at least 90 days before the scheduled deletion date by publishing the same notice in the app and on our website. When available, we will also send a push notification informing users of the publication. Deleted images cannot be restored. Accounts, groups, stock item names, quantities, expiration dates, and other non-image data are not deleted solely because this inactivity period has elapsed.
Article 7. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights related to the service belong to us or to parties that have licensed them to us.
Article 8. Disclaimer
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, or other matters related to the service.
Article 9. Changes to the Service
We may change, add to, or discontinue the service after providing prior notice to users.
Article 10. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms when the change conforms to users' general interests or when there is a reasonable basis for the change.
