Payment Method
You may use payment methods provided by the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe for web subscriptions, including supported credit cards. Invoice or bank-transfer payment may be available for organization contracts by separate agreement.
Payment Timing
Without a trial, payment is charged when purchase is completed. With a trial, payment is charged after the displayed trial period ends. Monthly or annual subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and are charged at each renewal unless canceled before the next renewal. Organization invoices follow the displayed or separately agreed due date.
Delivery Timing
Paid features are usually available immediately after purchase or trial activation. Availability may take time depending on network conditions or synchronization from the purchase source.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancel through the management screen provided by the purchase source. Access remains available until the displayed expiration date, and prorated refunds are generally not provided. Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by the purchase source's terms, our displayed conditions, and applicable law. For web subscriptions, open Stripe's subscription management screen from the web billing page.
