How do I set up the app for the first time?
When you open Nokoris for the first time, download and launch the app, create an account or sign in, review notification settings, and add your first emergency supply. You can sign up with an email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
How do I use barcode scanning?
You can register items quickly by scanning a product barcode:
- Tap the add button on the Home screen
- Scan the barcode with the camera
- Review the product information filled in automatically
- Set the quantity and expiry date, then save For an item without a barcode, or if its barcode cannot be read, select "Add with photo" on the scanning screen to start adding it with a photo. You can also select "Enter manually" to add it without a photo.
Is my data backed up automatically?
Yes. Your data is backed up to the cloud automatically after account creation. You can restore data on a new device by signing in, and offline changes sync the next time you connect to the internet.
