Notice of Updates to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This notice explains the updates and how images are handled after extended inactivity.

Published: August 6, 2026

We updated the Nokoris Terms of Service and Privacy Policy effective August 6, 2026.

These updates clarify how images are handled after an extended period of inactivity.

If we cannot confirm use of the service for at least two years (730 days) after your last activity, and you have no active paid subscription or paid entitlement, we may delete your personal profile image and personal stock images stored using the legacy format.

For a shared group, we may delete its group image and shared stock images only when none of its current members has used the service for two years and neither the group nor its owner has active paid access. If any member resumes using the service, the group's scheduled image deletion will be canceled.

Before deleting any images, we will notify affected users at least 90 days before the scheduled deletion date by publishing the same notice in the app and on our website. Where available, we will also send a push notification to let you know that the notice has been published.

Resuming use before the scheduled date cancels personal image deletion. For a shared group, use by any member cancels the group's scheduled deletion. Images cannot be restored after deletion, but accounts, groups, stock names, quantities, expiry dates, and other non-image data remain available.

No specific image deletion date has been scheduled at this time. We will provide a separate advance notice before carrying out any deletion.

Please review the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on the Nokoris website.
