What should I do if I forgot my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen, enter your registered email address, open the link in the email you receive, and set a new password. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?

Open settings, select "Account management", tap "Delete account", review the notes, enter your password, and confirm deletion. Note: Deleted data cannot be restored. Export any data you need before deleting your account.

How do I change notification settings?

Open "Notification settings" from settings and turn each item on or off, including expiration alerts, low stock alerts, group notifications, and app update notifications. If app notifications are disabled in iOS or Android system settings, please check those settings too.

How does data sync across multiple devices?

When you use the same account on multiple devices, data syncs automatically. Internet access is required for real-time sync, and offline changes sync the next time you connect. If sync is not working, restart the app or run manual sync from settings.
