Troubleshooting

Choose a question from the contents and review the details.

The app will not launch or keeps crashing

Try restarting the app, restarting your device, checking the App Store or Google Play for updates, or reinstalling the app and signing in again.

Barcode scanning does not work

Check camera permission, use enough light, focus on the barcode, and keep the camera steady. If scanning still fails, enter the barcode number or product name manually.

Data is not syncing

Check your internet connection, confirm app permissions, and run manual sync from settings. Wait until syncing finishes before closing the app.

Billing or subscription issues

If a purchase is not reflected, check your App Store or Google Play purchase history and use "Restore purchases". Cancellation is handled from each store's subscription screen.
